A two bed apartment within a brand new luxury complex by Park Developments on Dublins canal bank. The brief was for an apartment that was both smart and sophisticated, whilst still attractive to young professionals looking for a home in the middle of the city. The 3.2m high ceilings allowed for a feeling of openness, but to avoid the kitchen/living losing a homely feel, we designed custom oak panelling that spanned the width of the space and incorporated storage, a concealed work desk and a dining bench. Similarly in the master bedroom, a custom oak floor to ceiling headboard with inset chevron wallpaper added warmth to the room. The second bedroom features a custom velvet domed headboard for luxurious comfort and played to the wonderful height of the ceiling.
